Ringing in the New Year

As you are making year end preparations for the December and New Year demands, feel free to call on us for any ingredient, packaging and supply needs. We will have limited delivery days the week of December 23rd and 30th. We will be closed Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st, and all other days are normal business hours. Please plan in advance. We will do our very best to accommodate your order needs. 

2025 Containers / Packaging News

As of January 1, 2025, we will no longer be selling foam containers nor packaging. This is due to the Senate Bill 54, which prohibits the sale, distribution, and importation of most expanded polystyrene (EPS) foodservice packaging. Therefore, we are stocking foam alternatives, including plastic, molded fiber, and paper products. Please contact us today with your container and packaging needs.

Eggs: Pricing & Availability

California has been feeling the effects of the HPAI outbreak this Fall. Over 10 million poultry have been eradicated due to the Avian flu. Because CA is a cage-free State and not able to go to conventional egg products (from chickens that are caged), we will be faced with substantial price increases and even limited stock. We, at Buchmann, are doing our best to source the best quality and fair price for eggs, along with all products.
